The Police Superintendents’ Association represents superintendents and chief superintendents in 49 police forces – the 43 Home Office forces, British Transport Police, Civil Nuclear Constabulary, Isle of Man Constabulary, Bermuda Police Service, Royal Gibraltar Police and Gibraltar Defence Police.

To represent our members in all aspects of their work, supporting their wellbeing and development, negotiating the best possible pay, pensions and conditions of Service, and acting as a positive, influential, and trusted voice in policing, through work with stakeholders at all levels and through the provision of positive initiatives in direct support of superintendents.
